At the end of the class, you will be able to create a detailed HR To-Do list for you and your HR team to direct your attention to in the months ahead.
Topics we will be covering: We will follow the same agenda as we do when as are asked to come onsite with a client to conduct an HR Audit. We do this by reviewing each section of our 2025 30-page ATHR HR Audit Checklist, which is broken into three sections:
- General Administration (which covers the various employment federal, state, and city laws compliance)
- Safety Compliance
- Best HR Practices
Once we go through the HR Audit, you will be able to create your own HR to-dos and takeaways to get started on your own HR audit for your department.
