EDNA - Edna Mira Raia is a professional comedian with a foundation in clown, mime, sketch and improv. She won Best of SF Fringe in 2018 for her solo show, “Altars for my Alters.” She made her directorial debut at USF in 2006, and has since directed her long-running sketch comedy series, “Edna in a Bottle,” co-directed two haunts at the Winchester Mystery House with Mystic Midway, and assistant directed “In the Blood” at USF with Paul Flores. More recently she provided dramaturgy for and directed “La Mamá Chingona” by Marcia Aguilar-Kailan for 3 Girls Theatre and Natasha Kaluza's “49/51.” Edna is thrilled to be directing Rebekah and her delightful cast of characters and hopes you enjoy the experience as much as we did creating it.
