How do YOU do relationship

Necessary MagicAstoria, OR
Saturday, April 18  •  12 PM - 2 PM
Overview

Join us to explore through simple movements just how you interact -- with everybody

This mini workshop is an exploration of habits of interaction. The goal is finding both better connection and more freedom.

We’ll use simple movements from Tai Chi, Aikido, Trust exercises, Wu Shu, Contact Improv and Theater warm-ups, all with various partners. What we’re looking for is the patterns common to your interactions with your partner, your colleagues, your siblings, and your friends. To find, without blame, what you bring to the table.

These same interactive exercises can offer us the opportunity to expand our options and to discover new ways of relating to another.
