How Big is Your Bubble?

Our mission is to educate and enrich our community through fun food and beverage experiences.Our goal is to promote the Washington, DC food and beverage scene in a fun and responsible manner through events highlighting restaurants, chefs, sommeliers, cicerones, and other professionals in the industry.Proceeds from these events will be used to provide scholarships for culinary students and to support charity organizations such as Martha's Table, Miriam's Kitchen, and DC Central Kitchen.

Calling all lovers of bubbles, sparklers, Champagne, and fizz!

Pop Fizz Bar

Whatever you may call it, get yourself to this sparkling wine tasting charity event! Decorated wine professional Brent Kroll will guide us at his hot new fizz bar Pop!We will taste Champagne method, Prosecco method and pet nat wines from all over the world, side by side, taking note of differences in carbonation, color, weight, nose, sweetness, acidity, minerality, length, and overall flavor profile. Boardwalk fries and truffle mac and cheese will be served to pair with the wine, and a raffle to benefit Blessings in a Backpack will round out the festivities.$﻿75 includes all food, beverage, tax, and gratuity
