When was the last time you paused to take a few moments to think about your overall wellness? Not a judgment-based critique of self, nor a self-blaming, gloom and doom session. Instead, a more in-depth review of how you have been managing the various areas of your multidimensional life. During this Workshop we will be exploring the various dimensions of our living using the Wellness Wheel. Taking a gentle, reflective approach we will self-assess our personal levels of life satisfaction in the following domains of health and wellness: physical, emotional/psychological, social and healthy relationships/digital connections, intellectual/cognitive, environmental/home, spiritual, vocational/occupational and financial/economic).


The Wellness Wheel is a visual tool used to encourage self reflection on your lifestyle, decisions and actions in relation to the categories. Based upon your assessment, you can then set realistic goals designed to bring more balance across the domains and target the areas in which you would like to increase more life satisfaction, fulfillment and happiness. Come join our community as we share and learn ideas and strategies that will support us in developing and strengthening our self-care skills.
