What is the refund policy?

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. Tickets are transferable.

Does the ticket include barbecue and beer?

Accepted Answer

YES.  Your ticket includes samples of each barbecue joint’s  dish. Saint Arnold will be serving beer at no additional charge.

Question 3

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Accepted Answer

Adults must bring an ID to the event. You must be 21 years of age to consume beer. ONLY CHILDREN  FIVE (5) YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER WILL BE ADMITTED FREE. CHILDREN SIX (6) YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER MUST PURCHASE A TICKET (this is to ensure there is enough barbecue and space for all guests).

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. Contact us at festival@houbbq.com and we will coordinate the transfer with you.

Question 5

Can I take food home?

Accepted Answer

No. Coolers and containers for storing food are prohibited. All food must be consumed at the event.

Where do I park?

There are several Saint Arnold parking lots near the venue as well as street parking.

Question 7

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the Saint Arnold Beer Hall with the exception of properly trained and identified service dogs.
