• Budgeting, credit, and financial counseling

• Understanding tenant rights and fair housing protections

If you or someone you know needs help staying housed, this session is for you.

Thursday, April 16, 2026 ⏰ 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

This evening is focused on preparing individuals and families for homeownership.

Topics include:

• Steps to buying a home

• What to know before and after purchasing

• Credit readiness and financial preparation

• Working with realtors and lenders

• Avoiding common homebuying mistakes

• Fair housing and your rights as a buyer

If you are thinking about buying a home now or in the future, this session will help you get prepared.

Each evening will include:

• Community resource tables

• Light refreshments

• Expert panel discussions

• Audience Q&A

• Opportunities to connect with local agencies and partners
