I own a mobile home, can I get the gift card?

Mobile homes only qualify for this program if the home AND lot is owned, and homestead exemption has been claimed. If we are not able to verify your ownership through your county's property appraiser, we will need you to send us a copy of the title/deed, and homestead exemption filing receipt.

What is homestead exemption?

It is a a valuable property tax benefit that can save homeowners up to $50,000 on their taxable value. It shows that this is your primary residence and not an investment property. If you have not filed for homestead, you should!

How can I find my county's property appraiser?

Accepted Answer

Simply search "______ County Property Appraiser" on Google. If you would like to view your property card, find a button on their website that says "Property Search/Real Property Seach/Real Estate Search".

I am a renter, can I get the gift card?
