Short presentation to be made by Jack Schmitter of the Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center.
Jake "Toss" Schmitter is the Senior Manager for Training & Exercises for the Electricity Information Sharing & Analysis Center (E-ISAC). He is the lead planner for GridEx IV, an industry-led exercise focused on the resiliency and reliability of the North American electric grid. Previously, Jake was the lead planner for US Cyber Command’s CYBER GUARD exercise, which is the largest defensive cyber training event in the Department of Defense with over 1500 participants. He is a former Naval Aviator with over 18 years in the US Navy, both active and reserve. Jake has his Bachelors of Science from the US Naval Academy and his MA from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is a Commander in the Navy Reserve and currently assigned as the Executive Officer for a Space Cadre unit.
