Inside the cozy Kilbourne Room of the CoHatch, Worthington-Library location, enjoy a little self-care while learning some real truths about menopause and why it shouldn't be a "taboo" topic anymore.

Cat Donofrio will lead an educational discussion on why "Menopause is Not a Disease." Then Susie Schiering will share some Stress Management Tips/Tools. The day will end with a healing Sound Bath Session offerd by Pam Senek. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
