Founded by fitness creator, Kaitlyn McVeigh, and Certified Pilates Instructor, Robert Rosenheim, Sip & Sculpt was created to combine movement, confidence, and connection in one elevated wellness experience.

Our signature Sip & Sculpt event pairs a full-body mat Pilates workout with a curated social experience afterward. Expect a challenging but beginner-friendly sculpt class followed by time try products from wellness and fitness brands, enjoy refreshments, enter raffles and giveaways, and meet like-minded people.
