- **Exclusive Use of the Studio Unit:** For a two-hour window, our enchanting art studio unit is yours. Plus, we offer an extra 30 minutes for setup and cleanup. This allows you to dedicate 15 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for cleanup, ensuring 2 full hours of undisturbed celebration.

- **Insurance:** Event insurance is mandatory. Please secure Renaissance insurance, party insurance, or event insurance for the day of your event. This is not included in the rental fee.

**Membership Details:**
When you buy a ticket, you automatically become a member of our organization. It’s a free complementary membership that is included in the ticket price. Our studio unit is a private members-only space, offering an exclusive and secretive ambiance.
- **Additional Guest Fee:** Accommodate more than 24 guests for an extra $15 per person. This covers additional art supplies, snacks, beverages, and seating.
Frequently asked questions
Event insurance is required. You can use homeowners insurance RA insurance business insurance or insurance. You just have to cover the space and give us the actual binder verification from the insurance company that is going to be covering the listing. Our insurance will not cover your event
We do not offer refunds. However, we reserve the right to reschedule you for a future session if needed.
Absolutely no charging at the door for any event you can do electronic sales, but this is a private organization. We are not an event hall. We are not a bar we courtesy of use of our space to members as a perk.
The purchase of any ticket qualifies for a membership for free while the special last
