Hospitality Volunteer Tickets Explained

THIS IS NOT A REAL SITE! ONLY TO EXPLAIN THIS TICKET TYPE AT OTHER SITES!

TO SERVE AS A HOSPITALITY VOLUNTEER:

CHOOSE the CareFest Project site you would wish to serve at and REGISTER for the "Hospitality Volunteer" ticket.

E xample, if you register for the Hospitality Volunteer ticket at WBC Family 1 - Carol Steam, then this is the site and volunteers you would provide snacks and/or drinks for.

HOSPITALITY VOLUNTEER TICKETS EXPLAINED: Commit to providing snacks and/or drinks for the number of volunteers at the project you choose to serve at.

***You are free to provide as much or as little snacks and drinks as you would like. CareFest funds are not used to purchase snacks or drinks at projects.

Suggestions of what you could provide: A case of water bottles, baked goods, bags of chips, etc.

VOLUNTEERS SHOULD BRING (If you are able):

• WATER to drink
• Napkins
• Paper plates and/or cups if necessary for snacks
• Plastic Utensils if necessary for snacks

• OPTIONAL: Hat, Sunscreen, and Bug Spray (at your discretion according to your sites exposure to nature)
