AGE REQUIRMENTS: Birth year must be at least 2018

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: We have all levels!

ATTIRE: SOLID black/blue athletic wear, cheer shoes or sneakers, hair must be up!

FEE: $55 NEW ATHLETES/ $40 RETURNERS

*NOTE: CURRENT Horizons Empire athletes do not need to do an evaluation. Simply get an intent form from the office and pay your fee.
