Learn More About This Event

Our connection with our parents shapes how we see ourselves, how we trust others, and how we move through life.

When these early bonds are hurt — maybe through absence, criticism, or emotional distance — it can show up later as self-doubt, people-pleasing, money struggles, or a deep fear of being rejected.

In this gentle workshop, held in the warmth of rose tea and sacred rituals, we’ll begin to look at these wounds with love and compassion. Together, we’ll start the journey of re-parenting ourselves — giving our inner child the love, safety, and acceptance they always needed.

During this workshop, you’ll experience:

🌟 A heart-opening tea circle to set clear, loving intentions

🌟 A creative art process to bring order to your family systems

🌟 A gentle movement meditation to reconnect with your body’s wisdom

🌟 Affirmation practices to help you remember who you truly are

🌟 A sacred healing ritual to turn your pain into resilience

🌟 Space for integration, reflection, and sharing

This is a space to soften, to release, and to reclaim your inner strength.

You are welcome here — whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or continuing to deepen your self-awareness.
