Join us as we take time to slow down, rest and reset. Together, with other women.
Starting in our sister building (1090 Lex ave) we will begin with 30 minutes of intentional and gentle movement. You will then be guided through 30 minutes of sound healing, allowing your mind and body to fully sink deeper into a state of relaxation.
Attendees will then head over to the New Day Acupuncture space where they will receive Traditional Chinese Medicine Cupping. Also available will be hormone balancing teas, light refreshments, foot detoxes, and most importantly community with other women.
