We'll not only cover the 23 benchmarks that goes into buying but also real life examples and advice from two local industry experts. This is a ZERO PRESSURE lunch and learn! It's all about setting you up for success in your homebuying journey and as a homeowner! This is a fast-paced, interactive and informative lunch and learn. You'll also receive a class certificate which is good for 2 years and allows you to be eligible for first time homebuyer loan programs and down payment assistance!

How long is the class certificate good for?

The certificate of completion that you'll receive at the end of class is good for 2 years and you'll give that to a loan officer. It'll satisfy any homebuyer education requirement on both first time homebuyer loans as well as the down payment assistance program.
