The laughter is coming to Binghamton when Homebrewed Comedy hits the stage at the Airport Inn Bar and Grill on Tuesday, Feb. 25. Kris Fried is headlining the show and Dan Shelly is joining host Mike Peters.
The show starts at 7 p.m., but get there early to get some drinks. It's a free show, so tip the staff super well. Seating begins at 6 p.m.
About the comedians:
Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters is the founder of Homebrewed Comedy. He hosts at the Syracuse Funny Bone and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcasts, On the Mic with Mike Peters and It’s About Time: A Sopranos Watch Podcast.
Dan Shelly is a comedian living in Bethlehem, Pa. He’s been doing stand-up for 15 years and wrote for the Cancelled News on YouTube.
A stand-up comedian and writer, Kris Fried, is from the Lehigh Valley, Pa., area. He’s a regular at the Comedy Cellar in New York City and a panelist on Fox News’ The Greg Gutfeld Show. He’s appeared in sketches on Conan O’Brien and written material for SNL’s Weekend Update, Attack of the Show! and the WWE. His album, “We’re All Adults Here,” reached No. 7 on the iTunes comedy charts and his second album, “It Takes a Privilege,” came out in February 2022.
