Start your journey toward homeownership today.  Join SEMMCHRA on June 12 & 19 from 8:30 -1 PM for Home Stretch!  Classes in June are FREE!

Buying a home is a major decision, make sure you understand the entire homebuying process by attending a Home Stretch workshop. Home Stretch is a two session class designed to teach participants about the entire homebuying process. Topics covered included:Session #1 <ul><li>Housing Affordability </li><li>Budgeting &amp; Credit </li><li>Selecting a Mortgage Product </li></ul>Session #2<ul><li>Working with a Real Estate Agent </li><li>Home Inspections </li><li>Loan Closings </li><li>Homeowner’s Insurance</li></ul>You must attend both class sessions to earn a completion certificate.
