Q: What is the cancellation policy ?

If it occurs more than a month before workshop date full refund minus $40 admin fee and will occur after workshop date. Within a month funds can be applied for future work with Mireya minus the admin fee. No refund or application of funds for cancellation within a week of the group.

Is there an age limit for this work ?

Accepted Answer

The age range for this workshop is 21 years and older.   It can be done with younger age, however, I suggest a group with similar age range for young.    For the older range, if in  good health and none of the medical contraindications, all  are welcome ! Please consult case by case with facilitator

What are the medical contraindications for this work ?

Accepted Answer

Amongst the most important contraindications: Pregnancy, cardiovascular problems, severe hypertension, glaucoma, epilepsy, acute infectious illness,  recent surgery or fractures, or history of severe mental disorder or other psychiatric hospitalization.   Contact us if you have questions.
