About this event

  • 2 hours

Join the Holliday Nature Preserve Association and Detroit Bird Alliance for a walk around the Holliday Nature Preserve- (Koppernick Section) Beech Trail. We'll learn about the history and work done around the area, pass an egret rookery, vernal pool and hope to see a variety of bird species that call this big tree forest home.

The trail is soft, so be sure to wear appropriate shoes (boots are recommended). There is a parking lot that can fit 6 cars, so arrive early. Overflow parking can be found along the gravel road.

Leader: Jack Smiley (Subject to change)
