PROJECT Y-CHAT NOW is a FREE substance use and HIV/AIDS prevention program for minority youth and young adults.Y-Chat participants complete education and awareness workshops .
Program Features
- Open to youth between the ages of 13 and 18.
- Substance Use and HIV Prevention
- Healthy Lifestyle and wellness promotion
- Lifeskills and personal development training
- Provides free referrals and linkages to social service agencies.
- $15 gift cards for each survey completion. (2 opportunities)
- Free Y-Chat Now t-shirt.
- Regular prize drawings.
- Certificate of Completion.
- Provides youth the necessary tools and resources to prevent HIV and sexually transmitted diseases.

- Session 1: December 9th, 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (UMSL CAMPUS -AGES 13-14)
- Session 2: January 13th, 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (UMSL CAMPUS -AGES 15-18)
- Session 3: March 16th, 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (UMSL CAMPUS -AGES 13-14)
- Session 4: May 11th, 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (UMSL CAMPUS -AGES 15-18)
