Come enjoy activities that will restore your mind, body and spirit through mindfulness, movement, play therapy and relaxation. This Happy Hour will allow you to connect and commune with yourself and others as you regulate your nervous system. Being apart of a society that thrives from us being disconnected and stressed, we must prioritize time to partake in restorative practices. This event will provide you with a chance to do just that!
Chair Massage, Coloring, Board Games and a Sound Bath are just a few of the activites you'll be able to enjoy. Come as you are and leave a little more connected, grounded and HAPPY :)
This is an ADULT ONLY event!
Event is held in a "NO SHOES" space, PLEASE BRING OR WEAR SOCKS!
Doors will be locked during Sound Bath so please arrive before 3:15 to participate!
