Join our garden club in the Holistic Consultation Therapy Garden every Thursday

at 9 am to get growing on your summer plans. This club focuses on implementing

mindfulness and meditation skills in real time, while exploring seasonal concerns such

as summer burnout and event fatigue. We are here to help our club members develop

accountability all while growing vegetables, sampling garden treats, and working with

our beautiful flowers. Stop by frequently to catch our guest speakers, get in a nature

walk, or try your hand at botanical sketching. This is a “build your own” program, and

you can attend once, or every week. The garden club is hosted by Andi Yates, IMFT.
