Mandarin Oriental, Boston invites pastry enthusiasts to join Chef Robert Differ for an intimate 1 hour and 30 minute holiday cake decorating workshop. 
Enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling prosecco or a rich cup of hot cocoa as festive music fills the air and Chef Differ leads students through the technique required for crafting these elaborate cake confections. Work with a variety of mediums and learn the art of creating and adhering fondant bows, decorations and personalized gift tags using modeling chocolate, edible markers, cutouts and gold paint detailing. 
Each guest will be presented with a pre-baked chocolate cake filled with Italian buttercream, pre-wrapped with green or red fondant and ready to receive each student’s artistic touch before taking home to share with friends and family.
