With Nutrition Consultant Madia Jamgochian, and Chef Pam Nectar Gharibians
Come to this hands-on baking workshop to learn how to make a classic French dessert from scratch: macarons! Macarons are sweet, meringue-based confections filled with a variety of fillings. Madia and Pam love to take classic recipes and give them a healthier twist- so we will be using superfoods to color and flavor our sweet treats!
Each participant will get to take home a box of their finished creations- perfect timing for holiday gifts :)
Gluten-free friendly.
About the Instructors:
Both Madia and Pam have a long history in the food industry, and have both come to love teaching their food knowlege to others! They often come up with new creations together- like cauliflower pizza crust, raw coconut fudge, or in this case superfood macaroons!
