Brant Dadaleares is the pastry chef and owner of Gross Confection Bar.  He was previously the pastry chef at Portland's Fore Street restaurant for 8 years and prior to that was pastry chef at Arrows in Ogunquit. His unique flavor combinations and the subtle savory hints in his desserts make his work stand out.
