Building on the success of beverage classes offered the past three years, Travelle at The Langham once again partners with <a href="http://www.tenzingws.com/spirits/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tenzing</a> – a Chicago-based wine and spirits company focused on education, customer service, and high-quality wine and spirits products – for an educational and festive Bubbles &amp; Bites event.The enlightening and interactive experience takes place on Thursday, December 19 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the restaurant’s intimate Cellar Room. The workshop offers tastings of featured Champagne paired with complementary light bites from Chef Jeff Vucko. Travelle at The Langham was recently voted the &#x27;Best Bar in Chicago&#x27; in the Better -Best of 2019 issue.*Tickets are non-refundable, and full prepayment is required.

Meet Travelle at The Langham&#x27;s Beverage Manager Thibaut Idenn. 

Idenn was recently named “Best Sommelier” by the Chicago Reader in their “Best of 2019” issue. Managing the beverage program at Travelle, Idenn has two main focuses: the first being the cocktail program. The bar offers a sophisticated selection of classic cocktails, as well as a collection of modern-era classic cocktails, featuring the elevated experience of the art-inspired cocktail menu. Idenn’s second focus is on wine, highlighting the winemakers’ use of the terroir rather than technique.
