What's included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes access to the event as well as a skate rental.

I'm staying at the hotel. Do I need a ticket?

All registered hotel guests receive complimentary event access and skate rentals; check-in at the skate stand. Please note that the OH Pool will be closed November 16 through January 11 (a hot tub will remain open). Our serene OHasis Pool will also remain open throughout the holiday season.

What is the price for children?

We offer a flat $25 rate for all event attendees. Children 5 and under receive complimentary admission.

Question 4

Do firepits and cabanas include event access?

Accepted Answer

If you reserve a cabana or firepit, you do not need to purchase separate event tickets. Cabanas include admittance for up to eight, while firepits include access for up to six. The admittance limits are for everyone in your group, including children of all ages.

What if I don't want to skate?

We'll have benches available for onlookers — no need to lace up! Please note that everyone entering the event needs to purchase a ticket in advance, excluding kids 5 and under (who receive free admittance).

What parking options are available?

Parking is available through valet for $15 per vehicle, inclusive of tax. Street parking is also available.

What are the skate sizes?

Skate sizes range from youth 12 to adult men 14 and women 15.

Can I bring my own skates?

Absolutely! Skate rental is included free with your ticket, but if you prefer to bring your own skates you are welcome to.

All ages are welcome! Children 5 and under receive complimentary admission.

What time should I arrive?

You have full event access throughout your chosen time slot, and can arrive when it’s convenient for you.

What if it rains?

If there is substantial rain, the event will be canceled. Ticket buyers will be notified via Eventbrite and will receive a full refund.

Where is the rink located?

The roller rink is at the center of the hotel, covering our OH Pool.

What if I want to cancel my ticket purchase?

We provide refunds for cancelations made up to 7 days in advance. Please note that Eventbrite’s fee is non-refundable in this situation.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Are pets allowed?
