About this event

Corinthian Hall, the former R.A. Long family mansion, is the first building on the Kansas City Museum property to be restored and renovated. Join Visitor Experience Educator Janet McGuire for a one-hour guided tour of the first floor of Corinthian Hall. Learn about the history and the philanthropy of the Long family. Enjoy the ambiance of each room, explore how particular rooms were significant to Long family members, and revel in the imagination of living in the Gilded Age.


Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

*arrive 30min prior to view The Long Legacy movie.


$12 for Adults

$10 for Seniors (62 and above) and Veterans

Free for Children 12 and under; an Adult must be present.
