About this event

The West Park Arts Fest narrated Trolley Tours allow attendees to see and learn the history of what is now called the Centennial District in Fairmount Park, including the 1876 World's Fair. Historical guide Kathy Lee will narrate the tour as it loops through the Centennial District.

The tours begin at the free West Park Arts Fest, where two stages will feature the best in dance, music, and spoken word. There will also be arts and science activities, Parkside Edge Play Space, Art/Craft vendors, and much more.

The festival runs from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on June 8th.

Please bring your EventBrite ticket with you to board the trolley at Parkside Avenue and East Memorial Hall Drive. Trolley tours leave at 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour to secure your seat. Open seats will be available to walk-ups five minutes before scheduled departure.

The Trolley Tours are sponsored by Brown's ShopRite of Parkside.
