Krystal Norris is noted as one of The World's healers! She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation & Leisure Studies at Southern University A&M College in 2017. She is a Recreation Therapist and yoga instructor, with the necessary training and experience to ensure desired results for all events, classes, sessions, and workshops. Krystal is a yoga instructor at Southern University, boss lady and certified life guard . She is also the creator of #KRYSTALIGHTYOGA and founder of a Therapeutic Service.#KRYSTALIGHTYOGA is a Houston based yoga business, created to be an illuminating light in the community by offering yoga as a therapeutic benefit.
