Can I just attend without having to dance?

All attendees that join in person are REQUIRED to participate in all activities. If you’re not comfortable dancing on camera, or in front of other people, please join via our virtual option to enjoy the experience. This will be a safe, judgement free space for all attendees.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just those HIPS and some loose, comfortable clothing. Beverages and light refreshments will be provided.

Do I have to be an expert to attend class?

No. All experience levels are welcome to join!
