Other IMPORTANT DETAILS:

We are selling three-day camping and event packages. 13 years of age and older. Children age 12 and under are free with their parents. (This will include tickets for all three days of music). All tickets are NON REFUNDABLE. They are transferable but NON REFUNDABLE.

It is all general admission camping whether you are sleeping in a tent, an RV or under the stars. HIPNICers are not assigned a campsite, but come in and find a place to set up. It takes everyone's cooperation to make this work and you are guaranteed to make new friends in the process! These packages include the music event, parking for 1 vehicle and camping for 3 nights 5/17, 5/18 and 5/19, 2024.

(PLEASE CARPOOL. THERE IS LIMITED PARKING AT THE EVENT AND PARKING ON HIGHWAY 1 IS NOT ALLOWED!)

If you do not already have a reservation for Thursday 5/16/24, the day before the event, you cannot bring an RV. Call Fernwood for information on this.

Check in time is after noon on Friday, May 17, 2024. Check out time is 11:00 AM on Monday, May 19, 2024

We are going to ask you to please leave your pets at home for the event.

For Motel, Tent Cabin, Adventure Tent and Cabin accommodations call Fernwood Resort at 831-667-2422 to RESERVE THEM DIRECTLY OVER THE PHONE

All Motel Rooms, Tent Cabins, Adventure Tents and Cabins come with festival tickets. DO NOT buy your tickets on Eventbrite unless you are buying a 3 DAY CAMPING PACKAGE. If you are staying in one of the other types of units, your accommodations will include tickets to the event and can only be secured by calling the resort.

SPECIAL AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

PARKING LIMITATIONS! As usual, parking is limited for this event and we strongly encourage carpooling to the event. There is NO PARKING ALLOWED ON HIGHWAY 1. All people coming to this event must be registered guests, there is no day use allowed and ALL cars for people coming to the event must have car passes and be parked in the campground or in established parking spaces in front of your accommodations. If you are planning on coming to this event and you do not have a car pass, YOU MUST CARPOOL. There is NO overflow parking. The future of outdoor music events at Fernwood Resort depend on your cooperation. Thank you.
