A training immersion focused on performing range, in collaboration with Vivobarefoot. We use loaded mobility and karate informed mechanics to build strong range from the ground up, starting with foot and ankle mobility to improve locomotion, prime movement alignment and tune the entire kinetic chain.
Foot based drills will ignite stance patterns, spinal control, balance in force transfers and subtle kicking work.
