This is Hinesly Orthodontics' annual patient appreciation event to celebrate and give thanks to our amazing patients! We will be showing Inside Out 2, at Adrian MJR Cinema on Saturday June 15th, 2024. Patients and one guest get free admission, popcorn, and a drink. You must register in order to attend! Your reservation must be made under the name of the current patient! Every ticket will admit one patient and their plus one. Ex: 1 ticket= 2 people 2 tickets= 4 people, etc.
The theatre will open at 9:00AM, check in begins at 9:15AM, and the movie starts at 10AM. There are no previews, so the movie will begin promptly at 10AM and it will end around 11:45AM. We will have Hinesly team members in the theatres helping you find your seats and they will be there throuhgout the duration of the movie. We will also have team members in the lobby before, during, and after the movie. Please check the FAQ if you have any questions/concerns.
Frequently asked questions
You need to sign-up for the event in order to be admitted. We have to have an accurate head count so we know we have enough theatres reserved to accommodate everyone. We will send you reminder texts the week of the movie to confirm your attendance.
No, you do not need to print your tickets. We will have a list of all attendees at the check-in. You have to check in under the patient's name that registered for the event.
This event is free, you and your plus one will get a small popcorn and a small drink. If you want any other refreshments you may purchase those at concessions.
All Hinesly Orthodontics patients are welcome. Each patient can bring ONE plus one.
Yes, you are welcome to come even if you've finished treatment! This event is to appreciate all of our patients!
Yes, you can still come! As long as you have had an exam and you are either in our growth guidance protocol or scheduled to start treatment you are welcome to come.
Please register for the event, then call the office at 517-423-6300 or email Sara at sara.gilson@smiledoctors.com to let us know you need handicap seating or cannot walk up the stairs and we will reserve seats to accommodate you.
It is okay to drop your kids off for the movie, please be sure to check them in with us before you leave. We will have a Hinesly team member in each theatre during the movie. We will also have a team member staying in the lobby after the movie to ensure everyone is picked up.
Your ticket can be cancelled for a number of reasons. If you don't sign up under a patient's name, we will cancel your tickets. If you signed up under the wrong name but are a patient, call the office at 517-423-6300 or email Sara at sara.gilson@smiledoctors.com.
