Experience the power of movement, breath & sound in this 2-hour journey inward.

To begin you are guided through a 60-minute Himalayan breathwork journey that will have you feeling energised, rebalanced and connected. This powerful practice is designed to release your body’s own bliss chemicals giving you a transcendent experience, while detoxifying the body and recalibrating your nervous system. These techniques will remain with you as a helpful resource to utilise in future to assist to release feelings of stress, reduce anxiety, increase your inner calm & peace.

You are then invited to get comfortable on the mat for a guided meditation as we transition to a nourishing sound bath. Here you will enter a state of deep relaxation and inner peace as you are immersed in a full body listening experience. Tam uses different instruments including Crystal Bowls, Chimes and a Shamanic Drum.

The Science of Sound - Sound therapy is the concept of becoming immersed in deeply relaxing sounds which, through vibrational frequency, allows the body to switch to the parasympathetic nervous system, or ‘Rest & Repair’ mode. This gives the body permission to relax, restore and heal – something that we usually need much more of in our busy lifestyles. Allowing the body, a moment of stillness and deep rest, away from the stresses of everyday life, is a deeply nourishing practice. Research has shown that Sound therapy helps to reduce stress, enhance sleep quality, lower blood pressure, improve breathing and circulation, & strengthen the immune system.
