Join us in person for a fun and laid-back session with Paul! Whether you’re new to hiking or a seasoned adventurer, this event is all about moving freely and feeling great on the trails. Paul will guide you through simple moves that’ll make hiking easier and more enjoyable. Let’s get moving and explore together!
This class is open for all visitors and ages and mobilities. Bring water and comfy shoes. RSVP below.
Donations are kindly accepted, but not required. All proceeds go to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.
