Join us for a revitalizing workout session combining the intensity of HIIT with the serenity of yoga at our "HIIT + Yoga on the Lawn" event! This one-hour class is perfectly split into 30 minutes of heart-pumping High-Intensity Interval Training followed by 30 minutes of calming yoga to stretch and soothe your muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels, this event is a fantastic way to energize your body and relax your mind. Come enjoy the outdoors and a great community vibe on Saturday, June 1 at 10:00 AM at Lincoln Harbor Park, Weehawken, NJ. Don’t forget your mat and water bottle!

My mission is to help the community nurture their body, mind, and spirit through yoga, in a diverse and inclusive space.

Carolina is originally from Viña del Mar, Chile . She added yoga into her life in 2011 when she was suffering chronical back pain. She discovered the physical, mental and spiritual changes it brought into her life and in 2017 decided to share her passion and completed her RYT-200 training. She teaches slow flow, power flow and restorative yoga both in English and Spanish.. When not teaching, Carolina loves working out, enjoying the outdoors, and cooking.

Mi misión es ayudar a la comunidad nutrir sus cuerpos, mente y espíritu a través del yoga, en un espacio diverso e inclusivo.

Carolina es originalmete de Viña del Mar, Chile.. Incorporó el yoga a su vida en 2011 cuando sufría de dolor de espalda crónico. Descubrió los cambios físicos, mentales y espirituales que trajo a su vida y en 2017 decidió compartir su pasión y completó su certificacion RYT-200. Enseña diferentes tipos de yoga como el flow lento, vinyasa y yoga restaurativo. Cuando no está enseñando, a Carolina le encanta hacer ejercicio, disfrutar del aire libre y cocinar.
