Charles Dickens IV is the Founder and CEO of Champions Yoga, a corporate wellness company for busy professionals. He brings more than 10 years of fitness and corporate experience with leading businesses like Corepower Yoga, S.T.E.M, Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Rams, Arizona State University and the NFLPA. Charles discovered yoga at 16 years old and attributes yoga to evolving him mentally and physically. He has lost over 50 pounds, overcame a severe knee injury, battled stress, anxiety and depression coupled with a family divorce. As an instructor, he makes a conscious effort to ignite enthusiasm, transfer confidence and instill discipline into each student. Passionate about making the benefits of yoga more accessible, he is committed to helping others move through their days with a positive mental attitude to live a fuller and happier life.
