Higher Self/I AM Meditation

In this meditation, we will relax the body, calm the mind and emotions, and enter the realm of your Higher Self. Whether your exhaled oversoul, inner child, or guardian angel(s) come through, you will access an aspect of your Higher Self or I AM presence, which is an extension or individuation of Source/Universe/Goddess/God/Mother/Father/Christ/Buddha, etc. This wise, loving, and inspired self, ever eager to connect with our earthly self, will deliver messages, provide guidance, help you work through blocks, release trauma, and aid in manifesting your dreams.

*We have a few yoga mats available, however, we highly encourage you to bring your own if you prefer. Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc. are allowed. If you have any questions regarding an item please feel free to reach out.

ABOUT ME

Justin specializes in helping others connect to their own innate wisdom and abilities. Through compassion, surrender, and fun, he opens the way for clarity, self-acceptance, and a renewed, more profound life experience.
After more than a decade with just Reiki Level 1, a period in which he was an active member of Sacred Center New York and co-facilitated a popular Reiki circle with Karen Meyer at Moon Heart Healing Arts NYC, he decided it was time to go further.
Trained by Master Steven Co (Pranic Healing) and Aimee Bello (Altared Space) Justin attained Pranic Healing Level 3 and was attuned to Reiki Master. He also studied Tarot with Naha Armady (22 Teachings). A long-time meditator, his practice is deeply informed by contemplation and the archetypes he works with— Angels, Deities, Elementals, etc.
