The Higher Self-Care Workshop is a 90-minute, in-person experience designed to help you reconnect with the version of yourself that already knows the way forward. You will be guided by the incredible Melody Lundholm, a Holistic Strength Coach with a passion to support those who want to deepen their connection to self and strength from the inside out.
Through reflective journaling prompts, guided breathwork, and gentle somatic practices, you will create space to identify what no longer aligns and call in the energy, habits, and identity you’re ready to step into this year.
This workshop is for anyone who feels ready to leave behind old narratives, shift stagnant patterns, and begin moving from a more aligned, empowered place. All experience levels are welcome!
What’s included:
- Guided journal prompts to clarify your Higher Self and aligned actions that feel supportive and exciting
- A grounding, somatic-style guided breathwork session for deeper integration
- A journal and eye mask for each participant to keep
- A safe, present, and intentional container for reflection and renewal
