The EXHALE High on Self Love Virtual Series was created to give BIPOC and LGBTQ people access to wellness educators, healing practices, and resources at no-to-low cost.

Our passion is empowering women, Black, Latinx and QTPOC to explore natural health practices and to make informed personal wellness decisions.


ABOUT THE HERBS TO HEAL WORKSHOP.

Your herbal guide Briana Nicole, CEO and Facilitator of Gypsy Yoga Mama Brand, assists us in exploring the benefits of plant medicine and meditation with the assistance herbs gifted to us by mother earth. The virtual session incorporates light yoga, meditation, and introduces you to various dried herbs that can be used for their natural healing properties.

Briana’s background and certifications in Yoga, Breathwork, and personal journey with plant medicine creates a holistically, intertwined intro to self-love.


You can expect to:

  • Move and be Present with your physical body
  • Learn herbal practices to heal Headaches, Sore Muscles, Menstrual Cramps & more
  • Practice being intentional with flower and other herbs
