Frequently asked questions

What does a VIP ticket get me?

A VIP ticket will get you a guaranteed seat close to the stage for optimal viewing of our show. There are a limited number of VIP tickets available.

What does a General Admissions ticket get me?

GA tickets are first come, first served for seating in front of the stage or at the bar. A late arrival with a GA ticket may mean standing room, so please arrive at doors (7pm)!

Why am I not guaranteed seating if I purchase a GA ticket?

We are excited to move Hexes & Heauxs to the Franky Bradley's family at B. West! This venue is so wonderful for so many reasons, and it's set up a bit differently than where we have had our show in the past. We will be providing as many chairs as we can comfortably and safely fit, plus bar stools.

Do I need to bring cash for tipping?

We love $$$$$$ Dollar bills!!! $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 bills!! We love cash, AND we'll also have virtual tipping available through Venmo and Cashapp.
