An intimate evening of rare library wines personally selected and presented by Joseph Herzog, paired alongside a multi-course dinner at Tier
Some bottles are made to be enjoyed young.
Others are nurtured for years—waiting for the right table, the right company, and the right moment to finally be opened.
On June 17, Joseph Herzog will open selections from his personal library for an extraordinary evening built around rare vintages, aged blends, and limited wines that are seldom poured publicly. Joined by Wine Club Manager and Fmr. Production Winemaker Alicia Wilbur, guests will move through a guided tasting and dinner centered less on spectacle and more on access: access to the wines, the stories behind them, and the people who made them possible.
From mature Cabernet blends to long-aged Zinfandel bottlings that have evolved for over a decade in cellar conditions, this dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience how these wines develop with time, structure, and patience.
The menu has been designed to support the wines—not compete with them.
This is a night for collectors, longtime supporters, and guests who understand what it means to open bottles that cannot simply be replaced.
