I’m Matt Sammut, a men’s coach helping men rebuild their body, habits and discipline so they can move forward with clarity and direction.
Over the past 10+ years working in fitness and coaching, I’ve seen the same patterns keep men stuck.
This workshop is designed to change that.
Through a combination of physical activation, guided reflection and practical frameworks, you’ll gain a clear understanding of where you’re at and what needs to change.
We’ll focus on:
- Identifying the patterns that are keeping you stuck
- Understanding how you show up in your life
- Assessing key areas of your life and where you’re out of alignment
- Building discipline, clarity and direction
This isn’t a motivational talk.
You’ll leave with clarity, a plan, and the discipline to actually follow through.
