The 2020 Hermanos Unidos Leadership Conference will be hosted by our Cal State Northridge Familia on Saturday, April 4th, 2020. This will be our 19th annual conference and we will be celebrating 30 years of Hermanos Unidos. The Hermanos Unidos Leadership Conference is a weekend long event held every year. The event invites all members of every Familia to convene at the Conference, in which seminars, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities are hosted. The Saturday program starts at 9:00AM. Registration will open at 7:30AM.

Hermanos Unidos was established in 1989 at the University of California, Berkeley and has since expanded to 15 universities across California.

Mission:

To advance young Latino males into academic scholars, community leaders, and young professionals. By instilling the values represented through our three pillars – Academic Excellence, Community Service, and Social Interaction – our members will work to breakdown cultural stereotypes and strive to become “El Nuevo Hombre.”

Vision:

Increase the number of Latino males matriculating and graduating successfully from four-year institutions of higher education.
