The Heritage Hill Annual Weekend Tour of Homes welcomes visitors to some of our neighborhood’s most beautiful and well-cared-for homes.

Mechanics of Tour
- Grand Rapids Community College DeVos Campus at 435 Fulton St. E will be your first stop. You will receive an entry wristband and a brochure with a tour map illustrating parking, food, and restroom locations. GRCC hosts a shuttle bus stop.
- Parking will be available at GRCC (435 Fulton St. E). Limited on-street parking is available throughout the neighborhood but please abide by any posted parking restrictions.
- Tour homes may be seen in any order. Shuttle bus stops are conveniently located near each tour location.
- The tour is self-guided but there are guides at each stop to tell you a little about the history and architecture.
- Tour locations may be seen in one day or you may choose to see some on Saturday and some on Sunday. Your ticket is good for both days.
- Visitors are encouraged to patronize the food trucks and neighboring restaurants on the days of the tour.
- Please note that most locations are not ADA-accessible.
