HERE5: Scapegoat - The 1871-1906 San Francisco City Hall

When completed in the 1890’s, City Hall was San Francisco’s grandest building. Its collapse during the 1906 earthquake and fire storm was attributed to shoddy construction, rooted in political corruption. However, an examination of the 1906 earthquake damage suggests otherwise.

This program will feature documentarian Glenn Lym's film, followed by a Q&A and discussion.
