T﻿he Friends of the Conservatory is teaming up with neighborhood business-owner Angela Renzetti from Moonlight Medicine to spotlight herbal self care for winter.Angela chose the name for her practice as Moonlight Medicine in honor of the dark times, because this is when we can do a lot of healing! In this class she will teach you how to nurture your nervous system in this season.She will discuss some herbal remedies such as teas, tinctures and flower essences to help get you through these dark months that will soothe your spirit, brighten your heart, bring you resilience and help give you a healthy immune system. No prior knowledge of herbalism is needed! Angela is an East Asian Medical Practitioner (licensed acupuncturist), Chinese &amp; Western herbalist, and the founder of Moonlight Medicine Clinic. She loves getting people back to mind, body and spirit balance by treating not only the symptom, but the whole person using acupuncture, cupping, and herbal medicine. She also uses Western herbs on a physical and energetic level and teaches classes on herbal medicine!
